Since the new Estee Edit collection launched, I have been intrigued out of my mind to see if the hype was right. so far, most of the products have intrigued me and I'm excited to share more in-depth thoughts about each product.
The pore vanishing stick, as you can imagine is used to help make the pores less visible. It comes in a nice stick formulation, making it easy to apply to the areas of the skin that seem to have larger more visible pores. I don't notice a significant difference right after applying, but I will say that this adds another light (and smooth) layer of coverage, which then allows for an even better foundation application.
The flash illuminator, in the shade day light, is a really nice addition to my complexion. At first I started by mixing this into my foundation to give myself an all-over glow. While this works, I find the rose gold hues don't work well all over my face so I have reverted to using this on my cheeks as a blush. It's a beautiful rosy gold natural flush and because it's a cream product, it looks so much more natural than most of the blushes in my collection.
Now the cocobalm is definitely one of the easiest and most lovable items I tried because the gloss is the perfect consistency. It's glossy, yet still has the right amount of thick and tacky formula but also has a pleasant scent. It hydrates the lips, provides light to medium color payoff (depending on how much is applied) and just looks beautiful on the lips. I love the subtle shine it gives and it truly makes my lips pop, in the most natural way.
Next, I tried the beam team hydrate + glow bronze addition which is a fabulous multi-purpose product (you know I love those multi-taskers!) The cap at the end is a bronzed version of highlight which can be applied to the face as desired. Now the actual beam formula itself is quite dark, but has such a beautiful beam to it that's both natural and radiant. This has become the formula I mix with my foundation to get a bronzier and more radiant finish.
When it comes to the edgiest kohl shadowsticks, they are certainly not a formula to be reckoned with. I was pleasantly surprised to find a shadowstick formula that lasted this long. While I love the application and ease of a stick (super travel-friendly), typically the formula is garbage but this was fabulous. After a full work day and an event in the evening, my shadow was still in tact and looked just as if I had applied it recently.
Last, and certainly not least, the pink peony overnight water pack is a moisturizer made from the heavens. It's light and feels incredible on the skin. While I adore the consistency of it, I find that my skin looks fresh and revived the next morning which is exactly what this product claims to do - rehydrate and replenish the skin. This is probably my favorite item from the collection that I've tried, but you know I absolutely adore good skincare.
Which of these beautiful products has won your heart?
