My brows and I have a love hate relationship, without a doubt.
These are the new brow power super skinny pencils from IT Cosmetics. I was fortunate enough to receive the entire selection to ensure I found the perfect shade for myself. The really neat thing about the pencils is if none of these shades match you exactly, you can pick the closest one and play around with it. They are really easy to work with and if you're light handed you'll get the lightest color from the pencil's spectrum. Similarly if you're heavy-handed, you'll get the darkest color of the spectrum. Although I'm more of a brow person some days, I really find that these pencils do the job and do it well. It's easy to be heavy handed and draw on double your brows with pencils, but the skinny shape of the pencil doesn't allow that to happen. The formula also isn't the same as some pencils that are overly creamy and immediately add product and darkness. It's quite handy that there is a brush on one end, and the pencil on the other. The 1.4 mm tip of this pencil was designed (alongside plastic surgeons no less) to mimic real hairs and not make you look like Frida Kahlo. Another plus, because Frida was cool and all but her brows are a whole different story. These retail for $24, and are comparable to the Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz product which retails for $21. I really feel like IT Cosmetics caught more of shades through their color spectrum. There is even a gray pencil which to me, is new. Glad they're looking out for me, even if it's in thirty years!
Have you tried one of these yet? What's your favorite brow product?
