Lyon + Post #farewellfittingrooms

Recently, I had the pleasure of trying on new clothing in the comfort of my own home.

I have to tell you that not only was this incredibly comfortable, it was so much more productive trying clothing in my own room rather than in a tiny, dirty fitting room. Truthfully, I always want this scenario to be the case for me. That way, I'm not rushed or feel anxious because I'm making someone wait for the fitting room. It's also a better use of my time and my life. I hate going to stores, finding clothes, waiting for a fitting room, trying everything on, then waiting another twenty minutes to pay. This online business can take my money so much quicker and I can get everything I need so much faster. Lyon and Post is the solution.

Lyon and Post

Essentially, how Lyon + Post works is that first you will sign up to participate (type in your email.) Once your account is ready to go, you will queue six to seven items. Depending on availability and your order, the top four available items will be shipped to you. You will then have seven days to try those selected items and see what you would like to keep, and what you prefer to return. Most of the items I choose were high end, and I ended up keeping the Amour Vert sweater and J Brand jeans so that definitely left a bit of a dent in my wallet. However, I didn't have to deal with snobby shoppers or snobby sales staff and it was so easy to fall in love with the clothing. It fit well, it looked nice and overall the concept is fantastic. I tried on a total of four different pieces of clothing (1 sweater, 1 long-sleeved shirt, 1 dress, 1 pair of jeans) so I had a nice range of items to choose from. There is no pressure to buy anything and that made it a lot easier to shop.

Have you given Lyon + Post a go? Do you use any other program that sends clothing your way?
