Let's go for a walk through the Natural History Museum, shall we?
This art work stood out to me for many different reasons. First, it's so detail oriented and painted beautifully even to the minuscule details of each individual's clothing which I deem incredible. Secondly, this group is in great spirits as they're headed off to a wedding in the distance.
I've got to give my man Picasso some love too because I do enjoy his work; it's geometric which makes no sense in terms of why I like it since I suck at geometry and math. You like what you like, right?
After going through the museum, we walked across the street to our 5 o'clock reservation at the Restaurant Fjord. We were a few minutes late so the chef decided to cut a course out of the evening's menu for us because he didn't want to ruin his mojo so keep that in mind. If you have a reservation for 5 PM, you had better be there at 4:55 PM!
There was a glass of wine with every course here as well, but keep note that I moved along to the pace of everyone else this time.
After that lovely dinner, we went for a walk (trust me, we needed it.)
We stopped by the king's palace and in case you did not know, Norway does have a king and queen.
This building above ^ is where all of the Nobel Peace Prize deciders congregate throughout the year to decide who will receive the prize that year. We were actually in town during this year's ceremony - cool to know that we were in the same city when it was being awarded!
