Rose Galore from The Body Shop

....need I say more!

I am truly one of the biggest rose fanatics out there. Usually I look through the roses in the flower section for at least fifteen minutes, before I finally decide to pick a bouquet that is half the cost of the rose bouquet. It doesn't stop me from always lusting after that beautiful bouquet of roses. They're beautiful, feminine and represent one of the greatest things in life: love.

When I received this beautiful package from The Body Shop, I was in serious awe. This is not the overpowering, sickly sweet rose you may have experienced previously. It is light and fresh. And just heavenly.

I cannot get enough of the instant glow body essence. It's a beautiful moisturizer that gives lackluster skin an instant iridescent glow, which we all need a little bit of from time to time! 

The roses for this range are hand picked exclusively for The Body Shop by farmers in Heredorshire England (another reason I must book a trip to the UK immediately!) The interesting piece is that the farmers work with the land and nature in order to get the best possible product. How wonderful would it be to go through the fields and pick rose petals. Dreamy!

Although there is a beautiful body range expanding further than just the body essence, there is also a nice selection of makeup to go along with this launch. Who would I be if I didn't share some makeup goodies with you? ;) Luckily I did receive the three lip and cheek stains, which give the most beautiful satin hint of color to the lips for up to twelve (12) hours. They have honey and 100% organic community trade aloe vera. The formula is incredibly lightweight, and it truthfully doesn't feel like it's on my lips. The other item I got was the petal perfect palette. As you know I am a huge multi-tasker, so it's obvious I would love a multi-tasking palette. This palette includes eye shadows and blushes, which are two of my favorite things! All the hues are dusty rose and the palette is formulated to make it easy to go from a day look to a night look. While this isn't the intensity I find in Becca Cosmetics highlighters or Urban Decay eyeshadows, it is the perfect formula for a dusty light, beautiful look.
