Best of Skincare with Kiehl's

Since I've started writing about beauty and makeup, back in 2013, I have become more and more addicted to skincare. Not a bad thing to be addicted to, am I right? One of my coworkers recently told me that I look younger now than I did when I was 16. DAMN. That's all I have to say to that. Part of the reason that is the case is because I'm no longer baking in the sun AND I really do take care of my skin. I don't falter. Even nights when I am up late, or had a few drinks, I still do my skincare routine.
I’ve been a lover of the midnight recovery concentrate for years. Honestly, I’ve probably gone through five of those 1.7 oz bottles, so I am no stranger to the incredible power of Kiehl's. Recently I was sent lots of goodies to test and try from their collection. 
The turmeric and cranberry seed energizing radiance masque was one of the many items. This is really great when it comes to invigorating the skin, waking you up in the morning or just giving your skin that blast of freshness it so desperately may be needing. My skin tends to get lackluster if I don’t exfoliate or use a good scrub, but using a mask like this really brings it back to life. 
Cilantro and orange extract on the face may seem odd, but when it’s in the form of a pollutant defending masque it’s actually really nice. This helps to defend your skin against impurities and replenishes the skin as well. I have a lot of dark spots, skin unevenness and so this really helps to even out those blemishes and make them less prominent.
When I’m in need of something to help decrease the visibility and appearance of lines and wrinkles, I have turned to the powerful strength line reducing concentrate which is good for the brow, forehead, marionette and lip lines. This also helps to firm, even texture and improve the appearance of pores. Literally the product of my dreams.
One of the recent items that seem to be a huge hit in the skincare and beauty community, is the creamy eye treatment with avocado. I was so excited about this one because it’s not only soothing, but it really makes the area around my eyes feel lighter and fresher. This gently moisturizes the delicate eye area, which as you know is extremely sensitive and prone to aging early. They say you can see the age in someone based on their eyes or neck, and usually the eyes are the teller because we tend to remove eye makeup aggressively or stretch the area while applying eye liner. 
I also tried the rare earth deep pore cleansing masque, which purifies the skin to minimize pores. Since the pores on my cheeks are larger than the rest of my face, I do tend to focus an extra amount of this mask in that area. 
The nightly refining micro-peel concentrate helps to accelerate surface skin cell turnover to reveal fresher more radiant skin. Think of this as an elixir to the outer layer of your skin, which will make your skin feel and look amazing. They were kind and sent a goodie for my boyfriend too, since he is a huge Kiehl’s fan as well. One of his favorite products is the energizing moisturizer called Facial Fuel from the men’s line.
