Kiko Milano * Insert Heart Eyed Emoji*

On my trip to Berlin earlier this year, I had the pleasure of shopping in a Kiko Milano store. It was amazing being able to swatch whatever I wanted and to see the actual pigmentation before buying blindly online. Trust me, I love to buy makeup online but sometimes when you finally have the products in your hands, you're just bummed about lack of pigmentation, the shade isn't quite like you imagined, it's not as creamy and so forth.

I picked up a couple of things. I knew I wanted a new bronzer so I picked up the shade fusion trio blush in the shade sand. This retails for $15. While it's technically a blush, I use it as a bronzer because it's a beautiful tan color. It's finely milled and so smooth on the skin. I dip a large fluffy brush into the pan, and circle it in the high points of my cheeks, the sides of my forehead and the area around my jaw.

Now the water eyeshadow,  that is an eyeshadow from the beauty gods themselves. I got the shades champagne and rosy. While the shades are the most similiar to one another from the collection, they were the two I fell in love with after swatching. I just couldn't leave the store without them but they're so shimmery, metallic and have a beautiful glow just sitting in the pan. These retail for $14 a shade. They can be worn dry or wet, but I like to get my fluffy brush a little damp because it gives the shadow a bit of a metallic feel on the lids...and I'm all about that life. They're incredibly long-lasting, even on my oilier lids, and they just blend so beautifully. I've never used a formula quite like this before.

I also picked up two of the wet and dry eyeshadows, which are finely milled with serious pigmentation. These retail for $9 so they're $5 less than the water shadows. Once I dip my brush inside, it is formula overload and I love that. I don't want to continuously keep dipping my brush and working on the pigment so I'm a big fan of high pigmentation from the get-go. These are definitely a bit harder to blend, in comparison to the water eyeshadows, but they can be blended a lot easier than most shadows out in the beauty market.

As you can see from all the swatches, the pigmentation of each product is awesome. The blush is most subtle when swatched, but looks so incredibly natural and beautiful on the skin. I prefer the water shadows to the wet and dry shadows, but both formulations are fab. I'm just a bit more of a fan of shimmery and metallic finish, so those water shadows are totally my jam!

Have you tried anything from Kiko Milano? **I hear they're opening more stores in the US and I cannot wait to get my hands on more of their products.
