I will be the first person to admit that I love luxury beauty products. I can't deny that.
However, when I find an excellent drugstore product, I rejoice and can't wait to share with you. I know you have a knack for dupes and drugstore finds that are comparable, if not better, than luxury products.
Let's talk specifics about my newest find, perfect for spring! Vaseline has brought out some flavored lip therapy balms in tins. The formula is creamy and they help heal dry lips quickly. I threw a bit on last night and I woke up with fresh ass lips so I know it's long-lasting if I can feel the product on my lips the next morning. This comes in Aloe, Rosy Lips, Cocoa Butter and Original. The original is unscented but the other three have delicious scents. Cocoa butter smells like summer to me, rosy lips smells like a fresh bouquet of roses (love!) and aloe smells like aloe vera and feels extremely soothing on dry lips. They are not sticky which is one of my biggest pet peeves about other lip balms. The difference with this lip balm is that it penetrates to layers underneath the main layer of lips. It's travel friendly and fits in a pocket, your purse, your clutch, all of it so you'll never be without it. On days you want to stay casual, you can throw a bit of this lip balm on and rock it out the door because you'll still have a nice natural glossy shine to your lips. The best part about these is the cost.*Drumroll please*They're $3.49 each. They are available on Target or Vaseline.US if you're interested in spending big bucks on this product.
I have raved about the Bite Beauty Agave Lip Mask ($26) and the By Terry Balm de Rose ($56) for years. I always mention why those are my go-tos and why they work so well. This new Vaseline product is better than both (better than a $56 product you say??) In terms of overall quality, lip benefit and cost, Vaseline wins with these lip therapy tins every time. You heard it here first! ;)
Have you tried these? Which flavor are you grabbing in Target?
