My Contour Collection!

Finally sharing my contour collection!

In my newest video over at YouTube.com/AdaletaAvdic I am sharing the good and the bad of my contour collection.

I start off by discussing my top three brushes used for contouring. My favorite is the Kat Von D Shade + Light Contour Brush with my second being the Luxie Rose Gold Large Angled Face Brush. If the other two are dirty, I typically reach for the Real Techniques Bold Metals 301 Flat Contour Brush as my third option.

Now the actual products were fun to talk about and I definitely tried to limit my talking because you know I can talk for days about products I love...or don't like. There's a lot to be said! We started off with the Smashbox Step by Step Contour Stick Trio which was so much more amazing than I ever imagined it could be. Honestly when I purchased the product, I was expecting little to nothing and it wowed me. The Charlotte Tilbury Filmstar Bronze & Glow is something I'm sure you've heard about before. While its gorgeous packaging is phenomenal, it doesn't mean the product is excellent. It's so-so and in my opinion, a little bit overpriced. Now the powder version of the Anastasia Beverly Hills Contour Kit is worth every single cent. This was one of the first high quality kits to hit the beauty world and it is still standing through all of the new releases. A great palette with a bronzer, contour and blush is the Urban Decay Naked Flushed and mine is the shade ‘Streak.’ The quality of Urban Decay products is always phenomenal, let's be honest. Now the next one was a total miss and although I love Anastasia Beverly Hills, I hated the Contour Cream Kit.

My top product is the Kat Von D Shade + Light Contour Palette. Now
Benefit Cosmetics Dallas Blush can be used in so many different ways. Some days I use it as a blush and other days I use it as a bronzer. It's also a great product to contour your cheeks while also adding a little blush. While I don't use the Lorac Pro to Go Eye/Cheek Palette Bronzer, it is a good quality one that's powdery and long-lasting just as all of the Lorac products are! Now the NARS Virtual Domination Cheek Palette has the infamous Laguna Bronzer. While it's beautiful, I definitely feel like it's more of a fall and winter type of bronzer. Last but not least, the Tarte Park Avenue Princess Bronzer is gorgeously pigmented but definitely too dark for my less than tan complexion at the moment.

Whew!

What's your favorite contour product? Which should I pick up next?
