48 Hours

If you're following along on Insta or Twitter, you know I've been roaming the streets of Europe the past few weeks. Between jet lag, meetings, tours and sightseeing, there's barely time to close my eyes for more than a few hours.
This is why I've found Secret a lifesaver these past few weeks. Back in January, I did a rather different video and shared five awkward situations you will likely have to deal with in life (watch here). One of them was smelly armpits and I recommended Secret's Clinical Strength line because after trying everything on the market; it was my favorite deodorant which  I've been using for years and years.
The dry solid deodorants have been known to give me a rash, so when I was asked to review a solid Secret deodorant, I was nervous but decided to give it a go because life is short. Try all the lipstick...and deodorant? It's important to try new things even when it's deodorant because let's be real, ain't nobody got time for stankiness. Today I wanted to share the product that has changed my jet-setter lifestyle, and the newest edition to their collection, Secret® Outlast Xtend™ 

I will get TMI here and say that I am the definition of a Sweaty Betty. I sweat when I'm sitting in a meeting room and I'm sure some would argue it's all anxiety and stress, but regardless I am a sweaty one. Sorry for the detail but we're all friends here, right? The technology behind this new deodorant is significantly stronger than leading brands (Dove, Suave, etc.) and it does not make my skin bone dry and therefore does not cause a rash like most dry solids do. It smells fresh and clean, without being overbearing, while applying invisible. The best part about this deodorant is its 48-hour protection that never stops. I said it here first, you don't need to reapply for 48 hours and don't worry, you're not going to be stanky ;) It's also moisturizing and has made my skin softer after use for several weeks.
Instead of doing Valentine's Day on the typical day, my boyfriend and I are exploring Europe a few weeks prior and enjoying each other's company in new places. What could we better right? Because of all the excitement, it been so incredibly helpful that I can rely on my deodorant. Even if I forget to put it on some days (I know I'm classified as a beauty blogger but shiiit some days I forget too!) it's completely fine because I'm protected for such a long time. 
Another reason I really love this deodorant is the power it has while doing high intensity activities, like downhill skiing for instance. My boyfriend and I both went skiing for the first time in both of our lives and we had such a blast. This is another thing I decided to try and realized it's amazing. I'm slowly learning that trying new things is always a good idea and adventure will follow those decisions. It's even better when it's with the one you love. I always want to be smelling fresh and no matter what mountain I climb (literally) or what trouble we get into together, I know Secret® Outlast Xtend™ has me covered!
